An academic exploration of planning zones and building codes in both the broader sense and at the local government level.

Prequisite: acceptance beyond foundational skills

• Advanced understanding of Minneapolis zoning
• Advanced understanding of Minneapolis building codes
• Advanced understanding of life safety issues
• Advanced understanding of local government zoning and codes
• Design a strategy that questions local zoning and codes in order to espouse one's design

Students enrolled in course must log 30 hours of lecture time in order to receive a passing grade in the course.
