APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applicants must submit in one complete package:

1. A completed and signed application form
2. $100 application fee
3. A statement of intent and influence
4. Official transcripts from all prior institutions where the applicant earned a degree.  International students must provide officially certified translations of transcripts in English.
5. A portfolio containing 20-25 digital images on electronic media
6. Three letters of reference from instructors, colleagues or others who know the applicant’s work
